[GFT] Another raisa like design

Custom design for Panterabytes wanted a blue tailed skink design either feral or anthro, at some point we both agreed on making it sorta like Raisa looking, so i went ahead and referenced the pose of my actual reference cause i am lazy ass, but gave it larger claws and an extra finger and a more thin and larger mouth and smaller teeth.

Gotta admit i am happy with it, simple design but i loveeeeee simple designs!
